About Gabe

Gabe Nies is a Nashville-based residential real estate agent, builder consultant and investor with Compass RE. He is also an interior designer for JP Designs LLC and NIES Design LLC.

Some of Gabe’s notable custom home projects have been purchased by Tennessee Titans running back Derrick Henry, Nashville Predators goaltender Pekka Rinne, Canadian hockey winger James Neal, singer/songwriters Caroline Jones, Niko Moon and many others. 
 
In April 2021, Gabe was recruited by Compass, the #1 independent brokerage in the US by sales volume (Real Trends 2021). Prior to joining Compass, in October 2020 he was named the #1 selling agent in his office at his former company Parks Real Estate.

Gabe relocated to Nashville in 2015. Before his move to Music City, Gabe ran a crisis and communication coaching business in New York, working with high-profile finance executives and Fortune 400 families. He was trained in crisis management and strategic communications at the Robbins Madanes Training Institute by Anthony Robbins and Chloe Madanes.

In the early years, Gabe started his career in Hollywood at leading talent agencies ICM and CAA in the television talent and entertainment marketing divisions. He was recruited by News Corp.'s 20th Century Fox Television where he covered the studio's awards campaigns including Golden Globes and Emmys, and later promoted to cover talent and marketing programs at the leading web portal at the time, Myspace.

Gabe lives in Hillwood area of Nashville with his Jack Russel Terrier, Nina.
